No it can be seen that studying from best Medical colleges in India can be affordable as most of colleges have an avg. tuition fee of less than INR 1 lakh.
Candidates can see these colleges given in table below -

Hi,
No, unfortunately it is difficult to get admission in any good colleges that offer Medical courses without any exam.
Many popular medical colleges do accept exam scores for admission.
