Candidates who wish to take admission to government medical colleges will have to deposit INR 30,000 as security money. This will be adjusted against the course fee. The cost of medical studies at Medical Science College of Nepal is around USD 12,000 per year. On the other hand the cost of the same from Northwood is $33,000. Thus, it would seem from the information given that the tuition at Northwood University is more than that of the College of Medical Sciences in Nepal. Studying in Nepal also has lower additional costs than attending Northwood University.
