Yes, Taxila Business School provides medical facilities or a health center to its students. A first-Aid facility is available in the medical room on campus with all necessary medical equipment. On the call, doctors' facilities are also available on campus. They have tie-ups with medical service organizations for regular checkups of students at particular intervals.

The fee structure at this college is based on caste. You have not mentioned caste, so I am telling you the fee for every caste.

450 is your score, so. Obtaining Government Colleges for BAMS would be quite challenging for you. A safe score for admission to the Government Medical College for a GENERAL CATEGORY CANDIDATE is above 580-590.

You have a chance of admission by OBC Category rank in AIIMS Bilaspur going by recent year's trends. You have extremely little chance if you have General rank. You simply need to wait for the official cut off list.
