Yes, you can get into government medical colleges with state quota in Delhi but there maybe less number of olleges providing the opportunity.

It's not necessary to give NEET to pursue BPT course as many universities in India conduct their own entrance exam for the particular course and some gives admission on the basis of 12 merit.
