Yes, you can give NEET 2024 even if you are reappearing for your class 12th board exams in 2024.

With 193 marks, you won't be able to get a seat in any government or private medical colleges as there cut off is usually above 550.

However, you do have a chance in getting admission to the following deemed universities in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, based on the previous year cut off-

1. Shri Sathya Sai Medical College, Kanchipuram- 173

2. Dr. DY Patil Medical College, Navi Mumbai- 183

3. ACS Medical College, Chennai- 168

4. Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad- 167

5. Sri Lakshmi Narayan Institute of Medical Sciences, Puducherry- 152

You can actually get a BHMS seat in a good college but it is not possible to get the one in govt. college.

To get seat through state quota you must at least have around 450 marks.

Both colleges are prestigious compared to other top institutions but B.Tech  in Chemical Engineering has better scope in the future than B.Tech in Pharmacy, since it has a good placement and better job opportunities, in the coming time, the demand for chemical engineers will go up in the future.

It is unlikely that you will be able to get admission to a government BHMS college in Maharashtra with 200 marks in NEET. The cut-off for government BHMS colleges in Maharashtra is usually around 3

BHMS does not takes through NEET.

If 200 is the score in NEET then you have less chances to get admission in decent private colleges.

For that I will suggest you to apply for NEET next year and study hard this year.

According to my perspective, you must have to get good marks in your 12th standard. So, you can easily get the admission into SNDT women's university for B.Pharma course. Best of luck for your bright future.
