Instead of government, I believe that you must try in privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 LPA (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still chances are very less. So I'd suggest you try to go with the idea that you must do better next year.

It's among top 5 colleges. 441 marks may not fetch seat in such colleges as your chances look very slim.

There are good many private colleges where you will get admission. Do ensure hat you do little bit of homework at your end too of which college suits you the best.

It is difficult to get admission in any Government College, if you belong to general category. Try to take admission in joint or Privately run colleges.

Thing is, you need to appear for an exam in India for getting a permission to practice medicine here. The difference will be made in expenses involved, your adjustment in new culture & language and you getting through that exam.
