The most common career choice for students opting for PCB stream is to become a doctor. The first requirement is to clear NEET and/or the state medical entrance exams and secure a seat in a medical college. So, PCB is compulsory for doing MBBS.

The admission to Jorhat Medical College for MBBS is based on the score in NEET and availability of seats. If you qualify NEET you will be considered for admission, but betterment marks in Chemistry may not be a determining factor. It is advised to check the admission criteria and seat availability with the college directly.

The fees structure is like INR 1843000 fees + 183000 university fees + 2250000 hostel fees.
The latest (2020) fee structure for an MBBS from Bharti Vidyapeeth Medical college is-
Tuition fees- 18,43,000 Rupees per year
5% increment in tuition fees every year.
Hostel fees- 2,25,996 per year
Mess charges are included in the hostel fees. Security deposit- 20,000 (which is refundable)
Miscellaneous- 1,84,000 (10% development fee) every year. If you include everything, the total expenses will be 20 Lacs 27 thousand in 1st year.

For first year, we had deposited 29.5k (including hostel, tuition, exams fee) excluding mess charges which is 3500 rupees per month. Other than this, not even a single penny you have to deposit. The rest cost is your lifestyle.

No, actually pharmacy course like B & D pharmacy are not available in any institute as distance. If you want to open a retail medical store, then you will do Diploma in pharmacy from any institute which is approved by pharmacy council of India (PCI).
