MBBS fees in Delhi vary from college to colleg. Government colleges like AIIMS, MAMC have very low, affordable fees often under INR 1 lakh, some even just a few thousand, while private colleges like ACMS - Army College of Medical Sciences have high fees of around INR 14+ lakh. So, government seats are cheap, but private seats are expensive, making the overall perception of high fees dependent on the type of college.
