In RUSSIA: The degree is over 6 years long, you have to learn Russian language (not for class but to live in Russia), have to leave Russia upon graduation (visa revoked), there are nice facilities but not many patients for students to get experience, it's hard to go to the USA to do clinical rotations or work in the US as a doctor and a lot of people claim it's hard to work in India as well with a degree from Russia. Most if these issues also apply to Russia and Philippines.

Please refer to the link provided below for a list of top colleges which offer veterinary courses in India. You can visit the college website and download their brochure which should contain the fee structures for the particular course.

Most universities enrol students who have successfully completed a Bachelors degree in fields like Biological Sciences.
Medical schools in Quebec province do not need Bachelors degree. They accepts students for MBBS in Quebec province on the basis of CEGEP diploma (equivalent to Class 12 + 1st year of University).
For MBBS in Western Canada 2 years of Bachelors is required.
For MBBS in University of Manitoba, a student needs to complete a degree program before applying.

Applicants aspiring to pursue the course need to have completed any of MBBS, BDS, DMS, DHMS, BHMS, BAMS, BASM, BEMS, BIAMS, BNYT, BATS, BUMS, BPT, B.Pharma, NO, and MD (AM).
Practitioners and research workers who have been practicing for the last 10 years, are exempted from fulfilling such requirements of basic minimum qualification, and may directly apply for the program.

Admission to the course is based on the candidate's performance in any of the following entrance examinations:
Centrally conducted NEET PG (conducted by NBE).
A State- level PG exam.
Autonomously- conducte
