Hi Kaushik,
GRE is required to study Master's degree programs and not MBBS or Bachelor's degree programs. There are other tests depending on where you want to study.

Well, you have a great opportunity this time.
1-year isn't a big deal for medical field preparations where many put years to get success.
As per my opinion, you must switch to MBBS, you will have a better future scope.

There is no best one that I can suggest. Smolensk State Medical University is good in Russia. You will not be taught in complete English. Pursuing MBBS in abroad is very complex thing. I would suggest you the best college, like Bukovinian State Medical University, Ukraine.

If you are interested to do MBBS Course from India after completing your B.SC in Nursing then it will be possible for you to do this course.For taking admission in this course you will have to apply for Common Medical Entrance Exam but you will only able to apply for this exam,if you will able to meet the eligibility criteria for this exam.Through this exam you will able to take admission in MBBS and BDS Course.
Academic qualification :-
Your subject combination in 10+2 should be Science with Physics,Chemistry,English and Biology.
You should be passed out in all these subjects individually.
Your Inter degree should be from recognized board
