Hi, you have to full fill the criteria of NEET examination like 50% in PCB. Then only you are eligible for the admission in medical courses through counselling process. If all these are fulfilling then you will definitely get admission in medical college. All the best.

Since you have not mentioned your home state, it is difficult to accurately predict college as the MBBS cut-off differs for state quota and all-India quota. However, based on previous year's trends, you have a good chance of getting a few government medical seats in Jammu and Kashmir under the state quota. For example, you may get

Hiii shivangii. Congrats for your rank in NEET. 79 is really a good score. And for admission of B.Sc. Nursing your NEET score won't count. If you have a decent score in 12 th then you will get the best colleges. The minimum qualification for this group is 50% mandatory. You need to have Science as a mandatory subject. And coming about government seat cut-off marks for the general category it is 55 and SC, ST category 30-40 and OBC is 45-50. So I think there would be a chance to get government seat and basically, NEET is not mandatory for admission of B.Sc. Nursing but anyways you can still try for it. Hope this information helps you.

Your college couldn't be predicted according to your marks so it's recommended that you could take a drop year and prepare well for the next year and get better marks for better college or if it's possible, you can go for other courses also.
