Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore, is one of the prestigious private medical colleges. The college is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is approved by the NMC.
SIMSRC Bangalore admissions are conducted on the basis of the NEET score-based cutoff declared by the selection board. The cutoff is usually high due to the low number of seats available for MBBS.

Semi-government colleges are government aided and privately run institutions. These colleges are not directly run by the government but are under the control of it and partially funded by it. Like most of the government and private colleges these Semi-Government Medical Colleges also take admission in MBBS on the basis National Eligibility and Entrance Test NEET score. Since you have not mentioned your home state, it is difficult to accurately predict college because the MBBS cut-off varies for every state.
