NEET counselling is the process where the students choose and organize their college preferences. The seats in private medical institutions are alloted based on the NEET score. The same is applicable to NEET PG also. Earlier anyone who even didn't give an NEET attempt are eligible for Management quota admission. According to the new norms for any kind of admission in a medical institution one needs to qualify NEET. After completing the final year during an internship which is offered in the college itself, you will get a stipend of Rs.5000 per month. The Internship offered per the bond is of one year so basically, you will get annual of Rs. INR 60,000.

Based on the information you have given, you have fewer chances of getting into government colleges for MBBS. I am suggesting some colleges for MBBS according to your rank. The list of colleges is given below.
1- SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre.
2- Data Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences
3- SRM Kattankulathur Dental College and Hospital University-Main Campus
