At Nagpur, various colleges provide B.Tech in Biotechnology such as Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT), Nagpur, and Nagpur University (RTMNU). Other institutes are G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Priyadarshini College of Engineering, and Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Technology is another option. These colleges can take up students belonging to the PCB group for the Biotechnology course, but one must ascertain the exact eligibility standards and the admissions procedures. ACMS College generally holds admissions on NEET ranking and cut-offs in preference to mere passing of NEET. In the regular category, candidates should attain the prescribed NEET score and ranking in order to qualify for admission. Even though the army personnel might sometimes get some advantage through reserved quotas or even less stringent standards, being merely an army personnel and passing minimum NEET requirement may not prove sufficient. They still have to adhere to the specified cut-off and ranking standards unless otherwise stipulated in the admission policy of the college. One can consult the official ACMS College regulations

With a NEET score of 188, getting admission into a government BAMS college could be very tough since the cutoffs for government colleges are usually high. But you could have hope in private BAMS colleges, particularly under the management quota or other alternative admission procedures. The seats and cutoffs available vary based on the college, state, and category (if any). It is better to verify the precise cutoff trends of the present year and consider government as well as private avenues for BAMS courses.

Having 599 marks and being ranked 82,010 in NEET 2024, it can be difficult to get a free seat (government-funded) in a government medical college, particularly in the general category. You are more likely to get a seat in private medical colleges via management quota or scholarships, but those come with greater costs. It is recommended to inquire at individual state counseling authorities or college administration regarding scholarship space or free seats. You may also find opportunities in government-aided or less popular medical colleges in states with comparatively lower cutoffs and monitor NEET counseling developments.

Since it has an AIR of 21,636 in NEET, admission to a government medical college in Gujarat on the general quota is not expected, as government college cutoffs for MBBS are generally more. You will have a prospect of admission from state quota in some government colleges, particularly for reserved categories or for other studies like BDS or allied health science. It is better to refer to the cutoff trends of the respective year and also opt for applying through counseling for MBBS as well as other medical courses. Private colleges' management quota seats may also be a consideration.

Sekhavati Ayurvedic College, Pilani, usually demands NEET scores for entry into its BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) course, as it is a common prerequisite for Ayurvedic courses in most medical colleges in India. Some private colleges, though, might provide seats under management quota or other types of alternative admission procedures, which need not always ask for NEET scores, although this is comparatively less frequent. It is advisable to call the college and ask for their particular admission procedure, availability of seats, and if they have any other admissions possible without NEET.

Having 478 marks and a position of 17,500 in NEET under SC category, there is a good chance of getting an MBBS seat in a government medical college in Karnataka, although the availability is subject to the annual cutoff. For students belonging to the SC category, the cutoffs in the government colleges tend to be lower than the general category, and Karnataka also has a comparatively higher seat quota. As per past trends, you may qualify for government colleges under state quota counseling, particularly in institutions such as Bangalore Medical College or Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, depending on the cutoff for the given yea

At 48,000 in NEET 2024, admission to a government medical college in India through the general category is very difficult, as the cutoffs for MBBS in government colleges tend to be much higher. But you might get an opportunity in some of the states with lower cutoff ranks or in some rounds of counseling, particularly for reserved seats in some states.
