There is no particular exam for it.

The entrance exam for B.Sc. (Hons.) in Medical Technology (Radiography) at AIIMS is the NEET.

The NEET is a national-level entrance exam for admission to medical and dental courses in India.

You would be eligible for all colleges once you clear the compartment. If you are able to clear your compartment before the last date of application only, you would be able to appear for the exam. Otherwise, as you have to fill your marks in the application form, you will not be able to fill up the form.

The admission process for MBBS programs in India is highly competitive, and the cutoff marks required for admission can vary from year to year and across different colleges. A score of 105 in NEET may be considered relatively low for admission to MBBS programs in most colleges.

However, it's important to note that the cutoff marks for admission can vary depending on factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, the number of applicants, and the availability of seats. Additionally, different colleges may have different cutoff marks based on their individual admission policies.
