According to your score your rank is somewhere around 3,66,066. I suggest visiting the college or having conversation with the concerned faculty for admission.

No, you cannot get any MBBS seat with that score unless you belong from a specific reserved category and you are from a state like Assam or Kerala where the cut offs are generally lower.

yes, with your score you have high chances of getting government colleges for Veterenary course in India.
BVSc Course (Bachelor of Veterinary Science) is 4 and half year UG programme that prepares students to ecame Veterenerians. It has wide opportunity in both Government and Private sector.
Let us look at some of the government colleges with their previous year cutoff ranks:
College name
College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Mathura, UP
College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Bikaner, Rajasthan
College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Anand, Gujarat
College of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Udgir, Maharashtra
College of Veterinary Science, Hyderabad, Telangana
However, I'll suggest you to look for some good private colleges. For more information, you can visit to official website of the required college of your choice.
However, cut-off depends year wise, it also depends on no. of students, your category, seat intake, etc.
