The college does not usually provide 100% scholarships to all students but provides partial scholarships on merit, category, or need basis. SC, ST, OBC, and EWS students are provided with scholarships under schemes of the state government, and the top scorers in academics can be provided with concession in tuition fees. Methodist College also allows students to apply for national scholarships such as AICTE Pragati and Saksham. The TS EAMCET exam is conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH). It is conducted for all colleges in Hyderabad, not only for Methodist College of Engineering & Technology. The results for for admission in 2025 have already been declared on May 11, 2025.
