Yes, ICT Mumbai accepts MHT CET score. So you can apply through the MHT CET score during the counceling period of the entrance.

Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune accepts admission via SITEEE/JEE Main. As far as JEE Main is concerned, there is not any fixed cutoff for admission into SIT Pune for any branch.
