The common entrance tests that are usually conducted for taking M.Sc. Microbiology admission are BITSAT, IPU, CET BHU, PET and JNUEE etc. These tests are conducted to check the knowledge and aptitude of the aspiring students.

Probably, you may not have qualified the respective entrance exam with minimum qualifying marks or the cut offs for Lucknow University may be higher than you secured mark or rank.

For any course you just need to calculate your top 4 subject percentage. like assume if you are a PCM student then you need to add the best 4 scores and divide them by 400 and multiply it by 100 let us assume if you have these scores
87+91+67+85=330
Divide it by 400 and multiply by 100
(330/400)x100= 82.5%

According to the schedule of Delhi University Cut Off 2023 Science for B.Sc. Or B.Sc. Hons Course will be declared on 18th October 2023. As per analysis, Science Cut off may be around 98-99% Marks in CUET 2023.

St Xavier's Kolkata, located near Park Street, is the original St Xaviers of the franchise. The college enjoys its reputation in the circuit and companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PWD, etc. Visit the college annually for placements. However, in-campus placements for any B.Sc. Course is not famous as most of the students pursue Masters after graduation.

Both are equally good and have scope but B.Sc. Agriculture has wider scope than B.Sc. Microbiology. B.Sc. Microbiology has good scope in Healthcare and allied industries but comparatively B.Sc. Agriculture has more job opportunities and scope in private and government job.
