Please use the link provided below for details regarding admission criteria for entry to FC, Pune for a course in M.Sc in microbiology. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information. Admissions are made on the basis of merit list. The total number of seats is 26. Admission to M.Sc medical biotechnology course, a candidate must have cleared in the subjects of physics, chemistry and biology/biotechnology individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB for General Caste and 45 % for candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC.

Questions will not be based only on 3rd-year portion. You will not only have to brush up but also be clear about the basics of microbiology. Revision of first and second-year syllabus is a must. It usually happens that students don't revise and then most of the questions are based on the basics which the students neglect and hence end up scoring fewer marks.The entrance exam is not that difficult if all the 3-year's syllabus is revised and all the topics are made clear properly.
