Yes, it is compulsory to submit IELTS score along with other English language test score if student belong to other country than Dubai. They need to fulfill the basic English language proficiency score to study their program. The Middlesex University IELTS score with PTE, and TOEFL minimum requirements is given below:

Students need to fulfill the basic qualification, and submit all the documents asked by the university.
