MDX Dubai does not own or maintain on-campus residence of its own. However, it partners with top local housing agencies to provide several room options to Indian students.

Indin students need to pay an initial deposit worth AED 3,000 (INR 78.4 K) to confirm their seat at MDX Dubai. This also makes them eligible for scholarships and study grants.
The remaining balance of the initial deposit worth AED 4,000 or INR 1.05 Lakhs can be paid closer to the start of the term.

MDX Dubai does not have any strict, hard application deadline for Indian students. The university accepts applications on a rolling basis. However, students are advised to apply at least 2 to 3 months in advance before their preferred intake.
The university has 3 main intakes: September (Fall intake), January (Spring intake), and April.
