BArch: EWS Scholarship 50% on total fees as per Maharashtra Govt. Norms 10% on admitted intake.

MArch: EWS Scholarship 50% on total fees as per Maharashtra Govt. Norms 10% on admitted intake. The institute also offer scholarships to students against writing research papers or similar work.

Students seeking admission to M.Arch at MIT SOA must pass graduation in BArch with 55% aggregate or minimum 6.0 CGPA. Those who qualify PERA CET entrance exam with a valid score are given admission. As per the selection process of MPlan at MIT School of Architecture, students must get a UG degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Technology and a PG degree in Geography or Sociology or Economics with a minimum aggregate of 55% or 5.50 CGPA (5% relaxation for reserved category). Aspirants who apply with a valid score of GATE will be given preference. Non-GATE candidates can also apply via scores of PERA CET.
