MIT School of Architecture admissions are entirely entrance-based. Admissions start with the release of the application forms on the official website of the institute. MIT SOA considers PERA CET or GATE scores for MPlan and M.Arch courses. Admission to BArch is based on NATA or JEE Main Paper-2 scores of the aspirants. MIT-ADT conducts PET or accepts GATE scores for admission to PhD programme. Selected candidates are called for counselling, document verification and fee payment.

Students seeking admission to M.Arch at MIT SOA must pass graduation in BArch with 55% aggregate or minimum 6.0 CGPA. Those who qualify PERA CET entrance exam with a valid score are given admission. Students who have an experience in heritage travel visits and are proficient in any local languages will be given preference.

As per the selection process of MPlan at MIT School of Architecture, students must get a UG degree in Architecture/ Planning/ Civil Engineering/ Technology and a PG degree in Geography or Sociology or Economics with a minimum aggregate of 55% or 5.50 CGPA (5% relaxation for reserved category). Aspirants who apply with a valid score of GATE will be given preference. Non-GATE candidates can also apply via scores of PERA CET.

Those who are willing to get admission to BArch course at MIT School of Architecture must either pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as subjects or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. It is a mandatory step to qualify before applying for the course.

The selection for this course is done based as per Council of Architecture (COA) Norms, New Delhi. Admission to this course is entrance-based. Currentlty, MIT SOA admissions 2024 are open for all its UG & PG courses. As per the official website, the application portal started on Dec 15, 2023 and will remain open till Sep 30, 2024. Interested candidates can visit the official website of MIT SOA to apply for the course of their choice.
