MIT School of Distance Education has a simple selection process. The eligibility criteria is to have completed graduation from a recognised university. There is no specified minimum percentage in graduation but 45% and above is a good score. All the best!

The eligibility for the course is bachelors in HR or any related field of study with minimum aggregate marks as required by the institute. The average fee charged by the institutes ranges from INR 10k to 25 Lacs.
