MIT WPU offers admission to various UG and PG level courses offered in full time mode for 2 years to 5 years. The University offers admission to these courses on the basis of merit and entrance. Therefore, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate in Class 12 and graduation for the admission to UG and PG level courses apart from securing valid scores in accepted entrance exams.

MIT WPU admission is based on both merit and entrance. The initial selection criteria includes Class 12 qualification for UG level course admissions. For PG level course admissions candidates needs to secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams depending on the course of choice.

In order to get admission to MIT-WPU MBA course, candidates need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place before applying for this course. The minimum eligibility is to pass graduation in any stream from a recognised board. Admission to MBA at MIT-WPU is entirely entrance-based. Aspirants must appear in CAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ GMAT/ PERA CET/ MAH-CET/ MAT entrance exams. The final selection is done based on the following parameters:
- Past academic records
- Scores obtained in the respective entrance exams
- Group Discussion/ Extempore & Personal Interview rounds
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Work experience (if any)

For MIT-WPU BBA admissions, candidates need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with 60% aggregate with English subject in any stream (at least 55% marks, in case of Backward class category candidate belonging to Maharashtra State only). Else, those who have Diploma with 60% aggregate in any stream from Any UGC-approved Institution or equivalent with English as a subject can also apply. Admission to BBA at MIT-WPU is entrance-based. In order to get admission to MIT-WPU BTech course, candidates need to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, i.e., to pass Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50-60% aggregate in the PCM group. Admission to this course is completely entrance-based. Aspirants are required to appear in either JEE Main/ MHT CET/ PERA CET entrance exams. Admission to BTech at MIT-WPU is purely based on a valid score of candidates in the respective entrance exams and their past academic scores. Further, shortlisted candidates also have to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) of minimum 500 words.
