Typically VESIM's MMS (Master of Management Studies) programme does not offer direct admission via the regular admissions procedure. No, direct admission to the  Master of Management Studies (MMS) at AIMSR Mumbai is not applicable. Since, admission to the MBA course is subject to a valid score in the last qualifying. Further, for final admission candidates must appear for the group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) round, which is conducted by AIMSR. The institute also accepts test scores of CAT, CET & CMAT (for the academic year 2024). Candidates can find below the AIMSR MBA qualification for 2025:

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's degree with 50% aggregate (45% for reserved category students) from a recognised university.

The updated details of the entrance and the least and maximum cutoff marks required for admission to MMS in VESIM are shared below. For MAHCET the overall cutoff percentile is 4.27 while Round 1 cutoffs are 95.11 and Round 2 cutoffs are 94.8 for specializations such as Finance, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Operations and Marketing. The overall cutoff percentile for CMAT is 70 and for MAT it is 65 only. There it is important to point out that these cutoffs are not fixed and any candidate preparing for the exams should visit the official website to check the most recent ones.

Yes, It is very much common for people to pursue MMS around 25 years old, particularly in their mid 20s.
Most of the full-time MMS programs generally expect their applicants to have a few years of work ex, usually ranging from 2 to 5 years or more that totally depends on the program that the students choose for themselves. By the age of 25, many individuals have gained sufficient work experience to meet these criteria.

For getting a place in the MMS programme at Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management (LLIM), a student is required to hold a Bachelor's degree with 50 percent marks. One requires enrolling and giving any acceptable test like CMAT, NMAT, ATMA, GMAT, and MAH MBA CET and applying for the same via a form available on LLIM's official website only after that. Group Discussion and Personal Interview will be scheduled for candidates shortlisted. Admission will also depend on performance in GD and PI along with the score in the entrance examination.
