To be eligible for B.Tech admission at Modern College of Engineering, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology. They must also qualify for the JEE Main exam or the state's common entrance test (like MHT-CET) for engineering. Admission is typically based on the entrance test scores and, in some cases, the marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
