No, after completing MPT Orthopaedics, one cannot directly become a surgeon. The pathway to becoming a surgeon typically requires a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) followed by a residency in surgery, which involves rigorous training and clinical practice. 

While MPT Orthopaedics provides advanced knowledge and skills in the rehabilitation and management of musculoskeletal disorders, it does not equate to the medical training necessary to perform surgical procedures.
