The MTET results are announced separately for Lower Primary (LP) and Upper Primary (UP) papers. 

The Meghalaya TET qualified candidates need to submit the self-attested documents for verification after the declaration of results. All candidates who clear the MTET exam are required to submit self-attested copies of the documents at the respective exam centres for verification. It is only after the verification that the MTET certificates are issued.
