Yes, the exam conducting authority does provide the facility for online form correction. Though, you are advised to fill all particulars in the MTET form carefully to be free from any hassle. The important points for MTET application correction window has been given below:
- The correction window will open after the application process
- The correction window will open for 2 to 3 days
- After the correction window closes, candidates will not be given any chance to update/edit the application form

The candidates should take valid photo identity proof with them to the exam centre. The list of the photo identity proof has been given below for the candidates

No, the MTET application form can be filled in online mode only on the official website of the board. The board follows a structure of completing exam process in which the online application is part of the structure. The candidates have to fill out the MTET form online according to the norms of the board. The candidates have to pay the application fees online. No, either option is given to the candidates to make the payment for the MTET exam.

No, once submitted, you cannot make any changes to the MTET application form. The candidates have to be careful while filling the application form because the form cannot be edited after the final submission. Though the application correction window is activated for the candidates to make changes in the application form. The candidates can change the following details in application form through the application correction window:
- Name
- Category
- Education
- Date of Birth, etc.

Meghalaya TET (MTET) Application Form 2023 was released by the Directorate of Educational Research & Training (DERT) on October 3, 2023. Candidates could submit the Meghalaya TET applications online before October 26, 2023. For offline submission, candidates were required to download the Meghalaya TET or MTET application form through the official website, fill out the form and submit it to the DIET/ DERT centre during office hours on a working day. The MTET application fee was INR 800 for General category candidates and INR 400 for SC/ ST/ OBC category for each paper.

In the MTET exam, papers 1 and 2 contain 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) each. Paper 1 comprises 5 sections i.e. Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language II, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. Paper 2 comprises 4 sections with a choice in the fourth one i.e. Child Development and Pedagogy, Language-I, Language-II, and Mathematics and Science or Social Studies. MTET Marking Scheme: 1 mark is allotted for every correct answer and there is no negative marking in the MTET exam.
