The BSc placement opportunities at MUHS details for the 2023 batch are not yet released officially. However, according to student reviews on Shiksha platform, the highest and average package offered during the recent MUHS placements stood at INR 10 LPA and INR 4 LPA, respectively. The Maharashtra University of Health Science offers admission to the BSc programme on merit basis and on entrance exam basis. The university accepts National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) for admission to few of the BSc specialisations such as Nursing. The exam is conducted once a year in offline or paper-pencil-based test (PBT) mode for three hours and 20 minutes or 200 minutes. Candidates can check the NEET question paper for further clarification on the exam pattern.
The tentative NEET 2026 exam date is May 3, 2026.

The eligibility criteria for the BSc programme includes twelve years of school education with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Botany & Zoology with a minimum of 50% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ST/OBC; 45% aggregate for PWD category candidates) along with English as one of the subjects
Also minimum age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before December 31 of the year of admission is mandatory. (Request for relaxation from the prescribed age limit will not be considered for any category of applicants. Also, there is no upper age limit.)

To apply for a BSc at the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) candidates must qualify for the NEET UG exam. NTA reopened the NEET 2024 application correction process from April 11 to April 12, 2024, 11.50 PM. The NEET 2024 application form-filling process was completely online.
