The eligibility criteria at Loyola College is to qualify Class 10+2 from the recognised board. The admission is based on merit. Students can apply directly through official page. The eligibility criteria depends on the BSc specialisation choosen.

The eligibility for applying is Class 12 from Science stream. There is no minimum aggregate criteria for applying. Students have to appear for the CUET exam. After exam results are declared, students have to participate in the counselling process. The counselling process is conducted through CSAS portal.

The below is the eligibility requirement for the BSc course University of Liverpool Banagalore:

- Indian Boards: Students must have completed 12th (CBSE/ ISC/ State Boards/ Cambridge A Level) with a min. of 75% average across 4 core subjects, with at least 75% in Maths in 10th
- IB: Students must have a min. of 32 points overall, with no score below 4. This must include at least grade 5 in HL Maths or HL CS. The selection is completely based on Class 12 marks. A cut-off list is released on official website of university. It releases combined merit list for all categories. All the students who clear the cut-off are eligible for admission. After selection, students have to pay the first semester fee to confirm their seats.
