Yes, you can get admission without work experience but it needs experience in some projects of social work with excellent communication skills. As it's known for HR course, so they generally prefers work-ex person over freshers. You can make your profile strong with HR related live projects and some good certifications which may give you an edge. You can give it a try.

There are many government medical colleges and a few well know and reputed ones are Grant Medical College, Nair Medical College and St. George Medical College. If you want to opt for a private college then MGM Medical College is a good choice.

Yes, students pursuing correspondence course or distance learning too can appear for GMAT. Wth regards to acceptance to such degrees by universities abroad, there are universities that do accept such degrees. However it is best to email the university for the same.
