If you are from TN, you can study BCA through distance mode from Madurai Kamaraj University. Else, I would suggest, you should look at the University of Madras or Pondicherry University, both are central universities and are eligible to award degree all over India and they are not limited to a particular state. Also, both the universities have study centres all over India. I would recommend Madras or Pondicherry University over Mumbai University if you are from South India.

No school offers fine arts as a subject in class 11th and 12th.

Both are good cities for pursuing graduation, many good universities are there in Mumbai and Bangalore. Christ University is known in Bangalore.

Sydenham, KJ Somaiya, Welingkar, MET, Chetana, NL Dalmia, SIES, Rizvi, San Francis, Atharva and Durgadevi Saraf are few decent colleges which accept CMAT scores.

The average placement for finance is 6-7.99 lakh rupees.
Exams accepted: CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, MH-CET, GMAT and ATMA.
The MAT cutoff is 60 percentile and CMAT cutoff is 65 percentile.

The top colleges under MU are:
1. Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies(JBIMS) - Though autonomous, it accepts CET exam scores.
2. Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education(SIMSREE).
3. K. J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research(SIMSR).
4. Prin. L.N. Welingkar Institute Of Management Development & Research.

There is no cut-off as such. A decent percentile (around 75-80 minimum) with good past academics may give you a good chance for getting a call. Work experience and extra-curricular may give you an edge.

You can consider:
1. Sir JJ Institute of Applied Arts – Mumbai.
2. LS Raheja School of Art – Mumbai.
