Candidates who has completed twelve years of school education from a recognised board are eligible for the BA course at  Vijaybhoomi University. Candidates must have secured a minimum 50% in Class 12 or Senior Secondary School exam or any other equivalent exam and 40% for SC/ST category students. Further, candidates must also participate in the Vijaybhoomi Scholastic Aptitude Test (VUSAT) entrance exam. 

So, here's my suggestion in order to choose a college from which you can accomodate your time, it's better if you do a full fledged UG course for music and while spending time in the UG course start preparing for cuet pg. You can also take political Science as a minor in your UG course to give you a better understanding of the subject.

Royal Global University in Guwahati does not explicitly offer music as a distinct choice within its Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) program based on available information.

The university's BFA is typically considered to be more focused on visual arts like painting, sculpture, and applied arts, corresponding to the structure of BFA courses that are generally found in India. It's not possible to conclude a single job profile as the "the highest-paying", it depends on the work experience, expertise, job position and the employer. However, some of the high-paying job profiles in the Music industry include Music Composer, Sound Engineer, Recording Architect, Music Director, and so on. 

The London College of Music is a leading institution in London for music & performing arts. Several numerous ranking platforms rank the institute highly as part of respective institution rankings.

A prominent source ranks it part of the #2^nd most modern university in London. While Shiksha gives it an overall rank of #96 among all institutions based in the UK.
