The cutoff percentile is kept at 54.01 by JoSAA for seeking admission in NIT. If your percentile is this or better you can definitely bid for admission. If the marks mentioned above is JEE normalised score then it won't be possible to get into NIT . The normalised score for getting into any NIT should be more than 90. Moreover if CS IT is the branch you are concerned about , the score may be more than 95 even . I am talking about Normalised score and not marks . I hope it helped. Good luck.
