After completing your Diploma, you need to appear for lateral entry entrance exam for b tech courses in various colleges. Different colleges have different entrance exams. You can apply in the one in which you are interested. You will be given a seat in second year directly after clearing the entrance.

If we consider your SC category rank, you can get admission in VNIT under 2000 category rank in a good branch. So, as per that you can predict yourself.

First of all congratulations. With 119/200 Marks in NATA exams, 202 marks in JEE mains paper 2 and 80% in your class 12th, you can surely secure admission in Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology - B.Arch program under the OBC category.

No chance for CSE in IIIT-Nagpur if you belong to the general category. There may be some chances in CSAB but not in JoSAA rounds.

Global institute of technology- Delhi is the better among these two in terms of placements and course curriculum.
