For getting admission in any college in Maharashtra, you need to score better in MHT CET and not JEE Mains. For admission in Shri Ramdeobaba college you have to appear in this. I hope you are appearing.

In Maharashtra, all admissions are based on MHT CET. However, private colleges are allowed some management quota which is outside this. Please be advised to contact the college directly for the same.

The competition in OBC category is very intense. Even if you are qualifying for admission, your score is very low in JEE Mains. With this, I feel you have minimal chances of admission.

VNIT, Nagpur is considered as one of the top ranking institutes and hence one needs to score about 250-300 marks to get admission in this college.

Both the colleges are good, but I would suggest you to go for IMT - Nagpur.
