Since there is no previous data to look upon regarding JEE Mains rank without considering board marks, I cannot exactly tell you the marks that you will need to get into VNIT Nagpur. I can give you the cut-offs, which are all either below 1000 or below 1500 in case of CSE branch and OBC Other State quota.
