You can change your college in BCA second year, but this transfer is subject to a few conditions:

U need to score really good in MH-CET to grab CS seat in this college. If you really want IIT type college but you failed to get into IIT then u should target this one.
3. VJTI Mumbai
The third best college from CET that u can get. Aim for it.
4. VISHWAKARMA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, PUNE
third best in Pune, a good college

Go. Try to grab one of them, they are best in MAHARASHTRA.
