For Executive MBA, you are required to give entrance examination like CAT, CMAT, GMAT or any specified institution exam like SNAP for Symbiosis or XAT for Xavier's. It depends on you where you want to learn. For IIMs you are required to score more than 99 percentile.

Placement is pretty decent. Last year, 140+ companies came for the recruitment and more then 90% students placed. Most of the students are placed in marketing followed by HR, finance and operations.
