On inquiring, for one of my cousin from many law colleges we finally finalised LPU.
We came to know that LPU offers B.A. LL.B. (Hons) which is five years programme where there is no option to exit and it also comes under School of Law. Eligibility for Admission :
1. Passed the Higher Secondary School Examination (10+2) system or an examination equivalent thereto securing in the first attempt, not less than 50% (45% in the case of SC / ST candidates and persons with disability) in the aggregate.
2. Admission to the B.A.,LL.B.(Hons.) Degree programme is purely on merit as assessed through a Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted by the CLAT Committee constituted for the purpose.
So from above you can not get admission in NLSIU Bangalore in asked course without CLAT scores/ ranks.
