There is no age cutoff for CLAT and at any age you can go for doing Law.
But to sit in CLAT you have to be in 12th Appearing or 12th Passed and this is the minimum qualification.

No, if you want to do LLM then you have to write CLAT PG otherwise there is no need to write CLAT UG Entrance Exam.

No, you can not apply for clat exam ,as you will not have completed your 12th class exam . According to notification you need to have pass your 12th class

Having ACLAT score of 100+ would increase the chances of securing a seat in NLSIU. And in Bangalore you need to least 120 out of 150 for chances of admission.

The eligibility criteria for B.A. LLB (Hons) according to CLAT is given below.
Eligibility :
1. There will be no upper age limit for UG Programme in CLAT 2022.
2. As regards the minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination), the candidates must have secured:
(a) Forty-five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General / OBC / PWD / NRI / PIO / OCI categories.
(b) Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in the case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.

The eligibility for the course Postgraduate diploma in law is:
Qualifying a bachelor's degree in law from a registered institute.
Every student must have to score at least 50% marks.
Some college gives a 5 percent reduction for reserved category students.
