You can become a commissioned officer in the Indian Navy by appearing in NDA exam conducted by UPSC after 10+2. You can also become commissioned officer in the Indian Navy by appearing in CDS exam conducted by UPSC where eligibility criteria is graduation degree. Yes possible. Remember the following-
1. Admission is through an entrance followed by a screening test and a main written examination.
2. Candidates have to be unmarried Indian citizens (male or female).
3. Normal vision is required but glasses up to plus or minus 2.5 may be allowed.
4. After clearing the test, there is an interview and and you must also give a medical test.
5. You must also complete ship-training course prior to your employment.
