Since you are planning to pursue MBA in HR in Mumbai. I would suggest, you should opt for some government college or reputed B-school instead of ITM.
Following are few good colleges:
1.MET
2. S.P JAIN
3. SIMSREE

Between these 2 institutes, you can prefer ITM Navi Mumbai, it would be the right choice based on placement and other programme parameters.

ITM, Navi Mumbai is more popular for marketing as it's based close to Mumbai, which is the marketing hub of India. Mumbai is also the financial hub but the job opportunities for ITM graduates are limited. Although the top scoring graduates usually get good job offers.

Both are equally good, but based on the average package, ITM, Navi Mumbai has an upper hand over IFIM. Also, PGDM from ITM, Navi Mumbai is equivalent MBA i.e. AIU recognised, while IFIM is just a Diploma course. Based on alumni reviews, IFIM better than ITM. ITM is known for exaggerating data. Final suggestion, both are good, so join an institution based on your preferences and choose the institution which suits your location. Kindly keep in mind the ROI and fee structure.
