To get admission for MBBS in medical colleges your score should not be less than 500 in general category. For reserved category, this should be 400. So, you can expect a private seat. Fee structure varies from 3 lakhs to 15 lakh rupees.

NEET is under jurisdiction of Madras High Court as well as Supreme Court of India. As per the latest news, the result has been stayed.
With 453, you can expect a private MBBS seat.

For an OBC candidate, 40th percentile is must to qualify. But to secure admission to a good medical college one should try to score above 500. But try scoring above 540 which would get you a sure govt. medical seat.
