450 marks in NEET is a good score. You can opt for admission to Prathima Medical College with a NEET score of 450. The fee structure for MBBS at Prathima Medical College is around INR 2.7 L. However the mentioned fee is for Govt. quota seats. The mentioned fee does not include charges applicable during the internship of the program. The mentioned fee is as per Government of Telangana. I don't think you can get admission to any Government college with four thirty marks, I am saying this by assuming you as a general category student if you are from SC/ST Category you can give it a try by filling counselling form. You can go with Government College Karur, Goverment College Kannauj, Himachal Pradesh Medical College, Shimla and many more. But if you are from general category you can go with private college or deemed college with managemnt quota. If you want to know more you can visit official site of shiksha.
