Based on the information you have provided, your chances of getting admission to Datta Meghe College of Physiotherapy Nagpur with a NEET score of 184 are slim. The cutoff rank for the college in 2021 was 2836, which means that you would need to score at least a 50 percentile on the NEET exam to be considered for admission. However, there are a few factors that could work in your favor. For example, if you are a member of a reserved category, you may be eligible for a lower cutoff score. Additionally, if the number of applicants to the college decreases in 2023, you may have a better chance of being admitted even with your current score

Getting an admission in MBBS will be not feasible with the score you provided here although you can try to get admission in other fields in private colleges.

Congratulations on your NEET score! According to the previous year’s NEET cut-off trends in Maharashtra, there are almost no chances for you to get a seat in any of the semi-government colleges of Maharashtra. Well panicking is not a solution to any problem.

As the rules says that you need to get your compartments exams cleared before counselling session & get passing marks & passing certificate which is quiet possible.

but for any unfortunate reason you do not clear exams. you can opt for open exam from NIOS and reappear for NEET UG the next year.

And as you have cleared NEET you are eligible for state counselling

All the very best!
