It is difficult to say for sure whether you will get a government or semi-government college for BAMS with a NEET score of 325 and belonging to the SC category. The cutoff for admission to government and semi-government colleges varies from year to year and state to state. However, your score is in the range of what is typically required for admission to government and semi-government colleges for SC students. You may have a good chance of getting admission to a government or semi-government college, especially if you are willing to consider colleges in less popular states or in less popular locations.

The cut-offs for government colleges vary from year to year, and they also depend on the number of seats available and the number of students who apply. In 2022, the cut-off for SC category students for government BAMS colleges was 405 marks. However, this is just an estimate, and the actual cut-off could be higher or lower.

It is possible to get admission in BAMS with a score of 153 in NEET. However, your chances of getting admission in a government college are very low. You may be able to get admission in a private college, but the fees will be higher.

The cutoff marks for BAMS vary from year to year and from college to college. In general, the cutoff marks for government colleges are higher than the cutoff marks for private colleges. The cutoff marks also vary depending on the category of the candidate. For example, the cutoff marks for General category candidates are higher than the cutoff marks for Reserved category candidates.
